Reiki Level 1 Class: Soul Centered Healing for Empaths, Sensitives and Healers
This Reiki Level I class is designed specifically for empaths, highly sensitive people, and those called to healing work. It is taught through a soul-centered, trauma-informed lens, honoring the reality that many healers learned to give before they learned to protect themselves.
You’ll learn the foundational practices of Reiki—not just as a tool for helping others, but as a vital resource for grounding, clarity, and energetic sustainability. For many empaths, chronic over-giving and self-erasure are common trauma responses. This class offers a different way: Soul-aware healing rooted in boundaries, consent, and self-respect.

Join us at Airy Hill Stables for a unique Equine Reiki experience, where participants can connect with horses in a calm, supportive environment while practicing or receiving Reiki. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or completely new to Reiki, this gathering offers a gentle space to deepen your intuitive connection, support the well-being of the horses, and enjoy a peaceful healing experience.
Feel free to bring light snacks if you’d like to share.
A donation basket will also be available to help support the care of the horses and the use of the stable facilities.

Reiki Share at the Unitarian Universalists Church – Chestertown, MD
Join us for our monthly Reiki Share, held on the third Sunday of every month at the Unitarian Universalists Church in Chestertown. This is a friendly, supportive space for practitioners and newcomers alike to give and receive Reiki, connect with community, and recharge for the month ahead.
Feel free to bring finger snacks to share if you’d like!

Reiki Practitioner Level II: Soul-Centered Energy Healing in Practice
A Reiki Practitioner Level II class is an advanced training program that builds upon the foundational knowledge acquired in Level I. This course takes practitioners deeper into Reiki as a relational, soul-centered practice, expanding both technical skill and the capacity to work with energy, intention, and presence in a grounded, ethical way.
Level II is often where Reiki shifts from something you do to something you embody. Many practitioners find this stage supports not only their ability to help others, but also their own emotional clarity, energetic boundaries, and intuitive confidence.

• Reiki techniques for self-healing and daily energetic support
• How to set and maintain clear, compassionate boundaries
• The art of helping others without depleting yourself
• How to thrive as an empath while staying rooted in your own energy.
This class is more than a certification—it’s a reclamation of your ability to care deeply without self-abandonment. You’ll leave with practical tools, renewed intuition, and a deeper connection to your own source of strength. This is a 2-day class, from 12-6pm both days.
